Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing “Herba Thea -Premium Herbal Tea

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can contact us at Email- info@herbathea.com, and our Customer Service team will assist you promptly.

Cancellations: To cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it or before it’s shipped, whichever comes first. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible as our service partners charge us immediately upon pickup.

Replacements: Please refuse delivery if the sealing tape is tampered with. Replacement requests must be made within 5 days of delivery and will be accepted for the following reasons:

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Product Received: Include a picture of the delivered order and the invoice for our internal checks. We’ll review your request within 24 hours and send a replacement if necessary.
  2. Item Missing from Order: Attach an image of the invoice of the delivered parcel. We’ll review your request within 24 hours and send a replacement if applicable.
  3. Expired Product Received: Attach a picture of the product showing the expiry date along with the invoice. We’ll review your request within 24 hours and send a replacement if applicable.

Returns: We don’t accept returns to maintain product freshness.

Conditions for Replacements/Cancellations Not Accepted:

  • Replacement request after 5 days from delivery.
  • Reporting damaged/missing product after 5 days from delivery.
  • Cancellation request after 4 hours of placing order or after shipping.
  • Wrong product ordered by customer.
